Chocolate Twists are a simple and tasty sweet treat that our chefs love to make for guests after a morning game drive.
These are really simple but incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
Puff Pastry
Nutella
Lets Get Cooking!
Take 2 sheets of puff pastry
Generously spread Nutella onto the surface of one sheet, and then place the other sheet on top.
Cut into approximately 1.5cm width and approximately 12cm length, depending on how big you want them to be. Loosely twist each strip and place on lightly greased backing tray.
Finish off with a light egg wash to give it golden brown colour and bake at 180˚C for roughly 10 min or until golden brown and crispy.
